Cancellation and Returns
Consumers:
- Right to Cancel: Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
- Return Process: To exercise the right to cancel, consumers must inform us of their decision by a clear statement (e.g., email or letter).
- Return Costs: Consumers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
- Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned goods in their original condition, we will process a full refund, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days.
- Deductions: We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to unnecessary handling by the consumer.
Business Customers:
- Order Cancellation: Business customers may request to cancel orders; however, acceptance is at our discretion.
- Returns: Returns of non-faulty goods are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
- Return Costs: Business customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Refunds for returned goods, minus any applicable restocking fees, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods in their original condition.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
