Our lockers feature a sturdy welded and riveted construction, ensuring durability. The semi concealed hinges are welded to the door and riveted to the frame, making it easy to replace damaged doors. To enhance security, the doors are mounted within a rebated frame, and selected doors are reinforced with profiled steel sections.

The carcass of our lockers includes nesting holes and a return flange at the base, providing extra strength and reducing floor damage. We use CR4 and bright galvanized steel for manufacturing, with a material thickness specification of 0.9mm for the door and frame, and 0.7mm for the carcass and shelves. All painted components are epoxy polyester powder coated before assembly, ensuring complete surface protection. Our nested lockers have common sides, allowing for cost savings. Furthermore, our lockers are classified as fire retardant products, meeting the BS Class '0' rating.
