1. Introduction

2. Definitions

Consumer: An individual purchasing goods for personal use, not related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Business Customer: An individual or entity purchasing goods for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT. Payment must be made at the time of order placement.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days unless stated otherwise on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Cancellation and Returns

6.1 Consumers

Right to Cancel: Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
Return Process: To exercise the right to cancel, consumers must inform us of their decision by a clear statement (e.g., email or letter).
Return Costs: Consumers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned goods in their original condition, we will process a full refund, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days.
Deductions: We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to unnecessary handling by the consumer.

6.2 Business Customers

Order Cancellation: Business customers may request to cancel orders; however, acceptance is at our discretion.
Returns: Returns of non-faulty goods are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
Return Costs: Business customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds for returned goods, minus any applicable restocking fees, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods in their original condition.

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Consumers: If goods are faulty or not as described, consumers have the right to a full refund, repair, or replacement, provided they notify us within 30 days of receipt.
Business Customers: Business customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days. Remedies will be provided in line with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
