The Armorgard CuttingStation Xtract SS7X-240 is a mobile 240V material cutting workstation with integrated dust extraction and air filtration.

Built around the CuttingStation platform, the SS7X-240 combines a dedicated cutting area with a Husqvarna Aircube A1000, ducting kit, secure tool storage, integrated lighting and extendable material supports.

It is designed to help contain dust, respirable particulate, sparks, noise and vibration when cutting materials such as conduit, timber, cable tray and pipe.

Husqvarna Aircube A1000 Extraction

The SS7X-240 is supplied with a Husqvarna Aircube A1000 air scrubber and ducting system.

The Aircube uses HEPA H13 filtration, with the competitor specification stating filtration efficiency of 99.99% at 0.3 microns. It can operate as both an air scrubber and a negative-air unit, while the ducting helps draw dust from the cutting area.

This makes the SS7X-240 particularly useful where cutting operations generate fine airborne dust.

240V IEC 60309 Power Supply

The SS7X-240 is configured for a 240V, 16A electrical supply using an industrial IEC 60309 inlet.

Inside the CuttingStation are:

This allows compatible cutting tools and the extraction equipment to be powered from within the workstation.
