Armorgard CuttingStation SS7-240 - 240V Mobile Material Cutting Unit

The Armorgard CuttingStation SS7-240 is a mobile, multi-purpose material cutting workstation designed to provide a dedicated cutting area for conduit, timber, cable tray, pipe and other long materials.

This 240V version is fitted with IEC 60309 industrial plug and sockets, making it suitable for workshops, factories and other locations where a 240V electrical supply is required.

The CuttingStation combines an enclosed cutting area with integrated lighting, secure tool storage, extendable material supports and features designed to reduce noise, vibration and the spread of sparks.

Dedicated 240V Cutting Station

The SS7-240 provides a purpose-designed cutting area for trades that regularly need to prepare materials on site or within a workshop.

The integrated 240V supply and internal sockets allow compatible saws and cutting equipment to be powered from within the workstation, while the built-in lighting improves visibility around the work area.

The use of IEC 60309 plug and socket connections provides the industrial electrical connection required for this 240V version.

A lockable cabinet beneath the cutting area provides convenient storage for tools and equipment.

The cabinet is secured using a 5-lever deadlock and supplied with two keys, allowing cutting equipment and accessories to be stored securely when the CuttingStation is unattended.

Mobile Site and Workshop Design

The SS7-240 is fitted with heavy-duty 6" rubberised swivel castors, including braked castors to help secure the unit while cutting.

Integrated forklift skids provide an alternative method of repositioning the CuttingStation using appropriate handling equipment.
