Armorgard CuttingStation SS7 Mobile Cutting Workstation

The Armorgard CuttingStation SS7 is a mobile, multi-purpose cutting workstation designed for safer cutting of materials such as conduit, timber, cable tray and pipe on site.

It combines a protected cutting area with an integrated secure cabinet, extendable support arms and built-in 110V power and lighting. The design is intended to help reduce noise, vibration and sparks while giving users a stable work platform for cutting longer materials.

Four Support Arm Configurations

The extendable support arms can be arranged in four ways:

• Roller surface - for long lengths
• Flat surface - for long lengths
• V-shape - for round pipes
• Flat edge - for repeat cut lengths.

Noise, Vibration and Spark Control

The CuttingStation includes several features designed to create a more controlled cutting area:

Integrated Power and Lighting

A lockable lower cabinet provides storage for tools and equipment when not in use.

The cabinet is secured by a 5-lever deadlock and supplied with keys.
