The Armorgard PipeRack PR1 is a heavy-duty mobile storage rack designed for safely storing and transporting pipes, conduit and other long lengths of material around site.

With a 1 tonne working load capacity, robust all-steel construction and heavy-duty 6" swivel castors, the PR1 helps keep long materials organised, mobile and off the floor, reducing clutter and helping minimise trip hazards. Its fully collapsible design also makes it easier to transport and store when not in use.

Mobile Storage for Long Materials

The PR1 is designed to keep pipes, conduit and other long lengths of material organised and raised off the floor.

This helps keep work areas tidier while making materials easier to move between different parts of the site.

1 Tonne Load Capacity

The PR1 has a 1 tonne working load limit, making it suitable for storing and transporting substantial quantities of long materials.

For higher-capacity requirements, the optional PR-UK 2 Tonne Upgrade Kit can be fitted to increase the storage capacity of the PR1.

Fully Collapsible and Stackable

The PipeRack features a unique fold-down design that reduces its height when not in use.

Folded dimensions are 1010 x 1560 x 560mm, compared with an operational height of 1570mm. Multiple PipeRacks can also be stacked, helping reduce the storage space required between projects.

Heavy-Duty Castors

The PR1 is fitted with heavy-duty 6" swivel castors, allowing the loaded rack to be repositioned around site.

The castors use a quick-fix bolt-on heavy-duty castor kit.

Robust Steel Construction

The PipeRack is manufactured from 5mm and 3mm steel with a durable powder-coated Jet Black RAL 9005 finish.

Its all-steel construction is designed for repeated use in demanding construction, mechanical and electrical environments.
