Defibtech 9v Lithium Battery

The Defibtech DAC-410 9V Lithium Battery is the replacement auxiliary battery used with compatible Defibtech Lifeline and Lifeline AUTO defibrillators.

It fits inside the AED’s main battery pack and powers the Active Status Indicator (ASI), allowing the defibrillator to display its readiness status while in standby.

Defibtech specifies an expected installed life of one year for the DAC-410 battery.

What Does the 9V Battery Do?

The DAC-410 is an auxiliary battery and does not provide the main power required to deliver a defibrillation shock.

It is installed inside the main AED battery pack and powers the Active Status Indicator, which provides a visual indication of the defibrillator's readiness status.

Replacement Interval
