Real CPR Help Feedback

CPR-D-padz incorporate a CPR sensor within the electrode assembly.

When used with a compatible ZOLL defibrillator, this allows the AED to measure the rate and depth of chest compressions and provide visual and audible feedback to the rescuer.

Depending on CPR performance, the AED can provide prompts such as “Push harder” and confirm when compressions are being delivered effectively.

One-Piece Electrode Design

Unlike conventional AED pads supplied as two completely separate electrodes, ZOLL CPR-D-padz use a one-piece design with a central CPR landmark.

The landmark helps guide both electrode positioning and hand placement for chest compressions, simplifying deployment during an emergency.

Adult Patient Use

CPR-D-padz are intended for:

• Children over 8 years old, or
• Patients weighing more than 25 kg.

For younger or smaller children, use compatible ZOLL Pedi-padz II paediatric electrodes.

Five-Year Shelf Life

ZOLL CPR-D-padz have a five-year shelf life, helping reduce the frequency of routine electrode replacement.

The expiry date should still be checked as part of regular AED inspections, and the electrodes must be replaced after use or when the stated expiry date is reached.
