The Nihon Kohden P-740K Defibrillation Electrode Pads are genuine replacement disposable pads for compatible Nihon Kohden Cardiolife AEDs, including the Cardiolife AED-3100.

The same electrode pads can be used for adult, child and infant patients, helping simplify AED consumable management where the compatible defibrillator provides the appropriate adult or child operating mode.

Adult and Paediatric Use

Nihon Kohden specifies the P-740K pads for adult, child and infant applications.

With compatible Cardiolife AEDs, the same pads can therefore remain connected while the defibrillator's appropriate adult or child mode is selected.

For example, the Cardiolife AED-3100 has a dedicated Adult/Child mode switch, which reduces the defibrillation energy for paediatric treatment without requiring a separate set of child pads.
