DefiSign Life Battery

The DefiSign Life Replacement Battery - DS-4-07-0025 is the replacement battery pack designed for the DefiSign Life AED.

Manufactured by SCHILLER, this 15V, 2.8Ah lithium manganese dioxide (LiMnO₂) battery provides long-term standby power for the defibrillator, including its automatic self-tests and emergency operation.

The battery provides capacity for more than 140 shocks at maximum energy under the manufacturer’s specified operating conditions.

Battery Life

SCHILLER specifies the DefiSign Life main battery at approximately 6 years.

The exact expiry date is printed on the battery and the battery should not be used beyond this date.

Battery life can be affected by AED use and environmental conditions, particularly storage temperatures above the recommended range.

Battery Capacity

When the DefiSign Life AED is stored and used under optimal temperature conditions between 15°C and 25°C, the battery provides:

Battery Monitoring

The DefiSign Life AED automatically monitors battery condition.

When battery capacity falls below 10%, the AED displays a low-battery indication and the battery should be replaced as soon as possible.
