These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by Risk Assessment Products Ltd to the Purchaser and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Purchaser.
Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Purchaser's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Any variation to these Terms and Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by Risk Assessment Products Ltd.
1. Introduction
All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Purchaser to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by Risk Assessment Products Ltd. Risk Assessment Products Ltd may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
2. Use of the website
2.1 You may not use this Website for any reason other than browsing and shopping or for placing an order at the Website.
2.2 In consideration of agreeing to your use of the Website, you acknowledge that the ownership in any intellectual property rights (including for the avoidance of doubt, copyright, database rights and trade marks) in the Website belongs to us..

3. Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Risk Assessment Products Ltd. These terms and conditions apply to all orders unless other valid arrangements have been agreed in writing by both Risk Assessment Products Ltd and the purchaser.
Where the Goods ordered by the Purchaser are not available from stock the Purchaser shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 30 days.
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. 4. Consideration
4.1 Price
The Price of the Goods are stipulated on Risk Assessment Products Ltd Website. The companies VAT number is 397504070 and therefore VAT will be charged.
The total purchase price and delivery charges, will be displayed in the Purchaser's shopping basket prior to the confirmation of order.
Payment of the Price including delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods.
Risk Assessment Products Ltd reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Website at its discretion.
Risk Assessment Products Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time.
Risk Assessment Products Ltd shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the Website or for refusing to process an order.
4.2 Property & Risk
All risk associated with goods shall pass to the purchaser on completion of delivery. All goods remain the property of Risk Assessment Products Ltd until the invoice has been paid in full.
4.3 Delivery & Liability
Any date or time given by the Risk Assessment Products Ltd to the purchaser is an estimate only and shall not be considered a contractual obligation.
Non-delivery must be notified to Risk Assessment Products Ltd within five working days of the date of the shipping confirmation email being sent.
Risk Assessment Products Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delayed or cancelled deliveries whether caused directly by the actions of Risk Assessment Products Ltd, a third party or force majeure.
Ordering has never been so easy. Simply choose your goods, go to the check out, open an account for delivery details and choose to pay securely via Paypal with your credit card or send a cheque in the post with the order. Goods are despatched on payment.
Delivery is by Recorded Mail and takes 3-5 working days - Accept in unusual circumstances outside our control. If you have an urgent order please contact us. Orders paid for by credit card before 10:30am are often received next day.
A flat rate shipping fee of £6.95 applies to all orders to the UK mainland for postage and packaging.
Highlands and Islands are £30 as standard but furniture and heavy medical equipment will be £40.
4.4 Suitability
All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser will test them in actual use and will have determined whether the products are suitable for the particular use to which they are to be applied. Risk Assessment Products Ltd make no representations as to the fitness or suitability of any goods for any purpose whatsoever.
4.5 Claims
The Purchaser shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify Risk Assessment Products Ltd via sales@risk-assessment-products.co.uk or telephone 07974 970905 within 3 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. Any damage or short deliveries should be detailed on the carrier's paperwork, when signing for a delivery.
If the Purchaser fails to do so the Purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the purchaser to the Risk Assessment Products Ltd. The Purchaser shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
4.6 Cancellation and Returns
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the notify Risk Assessment Products Ltd via sales@risk-assessment-products.co.uk or telephone 07974 970905 within 14 days of receipt of the Goods.
Goods must be returned by the Purchaser at the purchaser's expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The purchaser will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the purchaser fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Risk Assessment Products Ltd shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the purchaser.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Risk Assessment Products Ltd on the package.
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the purchaser’s fault the purchaser will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
Goods will not be accepted for return for credit unless previously agreed and must be received in the original packaging in a resalable condition.
Please telephone 07974 970905 or Email sales@risk-assessment-products.co.uk to obtain a returns authorisation number prior to returning any goods. The return of the goods will be at the expense of the purchaser or a further return carriage charge will be levied.
Non-stock items and pharmaceuticals may not be returned for credit.
4.7 Offers
All offers are at the sole discretion of Risk Assessment Products Ltd and reserve the right to refuse qualification without recourse.
5. Pricing and Other Errors
If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, regardless of the source of that error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable) or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order after you have already paid the incorrect order price, you will receive a full refund from us.
6. Recording Of Calls
Calls may be monitored or recorded for training purposes.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The sale of goods and services under these terms shall be governed by Laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.

Risk Assessment Products Ltd reserve the right to withhold these discounts on an ad-hoc basis and with no notice given. Any minimum order values quoted exclude VAT and delivery charges where applicable.
